Delivery:
- We will deliver your items by COD Only, within Lembah Klang only.
- We do not use courier service in order to prevent from damages of the parcel sent.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Price of Product

All prices are subject to mode of payment and if stated otherwise. We sell products that are competitive in price and affordable.

All items are in nett cash price. No hidden costs.

2. Mode of payment

Payments must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Payments can be made via:

i. Bank account ( we will provide you the bank account details once you have confirmed your purchase through your email).

a. Maybank

- Easy payment scheme / Installment payment

We provide a flexible installment payment of up to 5 times ( 3 months installment and 5 months installment) . Please be informed that an extra 5% from the selling price will be charged for 3 months installment and a 10% extra from the selling price will be charged for 5 months installment. We will only send you your purchase once we have received the full payment.

3. Specification of goods

All goods are Pre-Order or Ready Stock.

We guarantee that we sell only 100% authentic and original branded products purchased from USA boutiques and outlets. We strictly DO NOT sell imitation products.

All items are BRAND NEW and comes with copy of original receipt or proof of purchase sticker.

a. Pre-Order

- The merchandise is not ready in stock, and needs to be ordered from client(s).

- The merchandise will only be ordered , once we have received confirmation of purchase from client(s) and a 50% deposit of the product.

- The estimated time for the goods to arrive in Malaysia is around 10 to 15 working days. Depending on the size and weight of items.

- The merchandise will be sent to the client(s) once we have received the full payment of the merchandise and particulars of the client(s).

b. Ready Stock

- The items are in stock and can be purchased by client(s) directly.

-We only keep limited amount of items as we do not have the facility to keep the merchandise. We only operate an online shop.

- The merchandise will be sent to the client(s), once we have received the full payment of the merchandise and particulars of the client(s).

4. Terms of deliver

- We will send the purchased items, once the client(s) have paid in full.

- We will send the merchandise in 2 to 3 working days after receiving full payment for Ready Stock and Pre-Order items. ( For pre-order items we will send the items purchased once the stocks have arrived from USA to Malaysia)

- The delivery charges are subject to the weight,height, area of residence and amount of items purchased.

- Please be informed that we will only send to you the items in good condition. We assure you that we will inspect all items before sending it to you.

- We are currently offering these mode of delivery for the shipment of purchases:

i. Cash on Delivery (COD) / Self-pickup

a. We offer client(s) that are living in the Klang Valley are (Only in Shah Alam, Puncak Alam, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur) for self-pickup.

b. Strictly by appointment only.

ii. Pos Laju

a. Free delivery charges for Peninsular Malaysia. Sabah and Sarawak are subject to delivery charges.

* Note: Pre-Order item(s) will only be sent once the goods are in Malaysia.

5. Customer's obligations in the deal

a. By agreeing to the terms and conditions given, the client(s) must pay deposit (please enquire within) before receiving any good(s).

b. Only serious buyer(s) will be entertained.

c. Buyer(s) that have agreed to purchase pre-order item(s) MUST pay a deposit up front for the agreement of purchasing the item. Once paid, no cancellation or refund can be made. (Please enquire within for the deposit payment, the deposit payment depends on the installment payment you chose)

d. Buyer(s) needs to fill up their details in full in the order form given at the end of the page.

e. Buyer must pay in full before receiving the merchandise.

6. Supplier's obligations in the deal.

a. We are offering 100% authentic and original branded products that are bought directly from USA boutiques or outlets.

b. We personally handpick the item(s) that are in good condition and will pack the purchase(s) in good condition.

c. We will ship your purchase(s) to you as soon as we had received your full payment. Purchase(s) with no full payment will not be sent to the client(s).

d. We only entertain serious buyer(s). Only "First Come First Served" buyer(s) will be entertained for Ready Stock items.

e. Once we have received 50% deposit payment from the merchandise price from the client(s) ( for pre-order items), we are obliged to send to the client(s) the merchandise within the stipulated time given.

7. Limitation of liability of supplier.

a. All purchases are final, no exchanges and no returns. If for some reason the item is out of stock we will give you a full refund.

b. This term and conditions are for leather stitching products: For leather items, natural leather markings CANNOT be considered as defect. If you are very particular about these, please purchase full-priced items from the respected boutiques. We do try to pick the items that we WOULD BUY with the least or none natural leather markings. We will be happy to provide more photos of the actual product for you to see.

c. We would not be responsible if you deem certain bag stitching to be "not up to your standard" because stitching can be subjective. We will usually inspect everything. So please expect variations.

8. Terms for cancellation and refunds

We do not entertain cancellation or refund once you have paid us the deposit. Please be informed that once you have paid us the deposit, you have agreed to be obliged with the purchase.
